WARRANTY POLICY

24 MONTH WARRANTY POLICY 

Water Resistant ‘3, 5 or 10 ATM means that this watch will survive brief immersion in water. However, the watch is suitable for brief swiming. Not suitable for diving.

This warranty covers the watch movement against manufacturers’ defects for 24 months from the date of receipt.

Within that period your watch will be repaired free of charge except for a handling and transportation fee of £20. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss caused in transit.

Not Covered By Warranty:

Please note the warranty does not cover the case, plating, glass or band/strap. Damage caused through accident, misuse, neglect or inexpert repairs are not covered.  Discoloration or general wear & tear as well as theft are also not covered. Any loss or damage whilst the watch is not in our possession including transit by any means is not covered. Batteries are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
