REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Please ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions – which you must agree to at checkout prior to puchase. We pride ourselves on the quality of our watches and insist that we inspect every single watch carefully before packaging and dispatch. Please refer to procedure below.

We can accept a refund that have been returned within 14 days of receiving the item.The item will need to be in a new and unworn condition.

Please note : We do not offer refunds on sale items.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed and appear in your account.

Note, if a customer refuses to accept delivery of goods we will only refund once we have received the returned goods and the refund will be net of any charges incurred by us in recovering them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR WATCH

Should you need to return your watch, please contact us at richkingwatch@yahoo.com.
The goods must be returned, with the original dispatch note. Please use the original or similar protective packaging.
The goods must be in the same immaculate condition as they were received.We cannot accept scratched/used/damaged goods.
We will give you a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation.
You have to pay the cost of returning the goods – we recommend a registered/traceable and insured postage, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
